Restarting glp1

Hi everyone,
I am restarting Wegovy after a 2 month break following having my gall bladder removed. I had lost 28kgs before the surgery and I’ve been put back on 0.25g. Has anyone restarted on the lowest dose after being on the highest dose and still lost weight? I noticed my cravings and food noise returned and i did put on a bit of weight since my surgery.

Am I expecting too much?

I moved schools a few years ago thinking I could start fresh and reinvigorate my career. Most of the staff have links to each other and the prin has worked with many of the staff except me. I’d been feeling a little on the outer lately despite being on good terms with everyone. Well this week i had to take urgent medical leave. I ended up at the ED and then had to have surgery. I got a text from my prin literally saying You all good? I replied i was at hospital doing tests. That was Tuesday. I have since had surgery and need to take nearly 3 weeks off for recovery. There has been no followup text from her. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. Only a handful of people have sent me their wishes for a smooth recovery. I know i shouldn’t care and just focus on my recovery but the way schools bang on about being a family I feel like the black sheep. Most of the communication has been with the AP as she handles absences.

Not feeling valued

Hi all, I’m an experienced teacher and really becoming disillusioned with the education system as a whole. I’ve been masking how I feel out of fear I will be judged and labelled as a trouble maker. A bit of context: I moved schools 3 years ago and while difficult I think it was what was needed, a fresh start. Things started off well and over the last few years some people have come into the school and I feel it has become very micromanaged. Almost everyone at the school has worked together previously, even with leadership so I feel on the outer. I have been in the same year level for 3 years and am the only one who has stayed in the team this year. When duties were allocated a new person to the school became team leader, I wasn’t even asked. Also, I was asked to take on a particular responsibility and today I found out someone else who works part time has been asked to take that on. Everyone at the school is under 40 and I’m not. I have people teaching for 5 years stand up and present at meetings and come in to observe and give me feedback. Now I’m not one who has done things the same way every year so I am open to change. I feel like my experience is not valued. I am looked over. I’m really questioning my future here but I know it can be like this at other schools as i came from one. I’m not giving the full picture as i don’t want to be identified but not sure how long i can stick it out for.
