To the nice lady on our flight from ORD to ORF, thank you for the positive review! The whole crew received an email from customer care the next day. As a pilot, it can be difficult to connect with my passengers because we’re locked in that little room the whole time, but I do try because I am truly grateful to all of you for helping put my kids through college!
