I’m (21m) have had hsv1 for about 3 months now never had a outbreak going out through a blood test but today I threw my vape away and said I’m done I feel like weed and vapeing was my way of coping with having this and I was already struggling with losing the best thing that ever happened to me my (my ex gf) she was everything to me now she’s gone and I have this but smoking made me forget somewhat but they would would always end up in my mind I want to stop smoking so can handle my emotions and finally move on but google is saying if I quit smoking i coujd trigger a outbreak so idk maybe I should just try to quit and wtv happens happen
