How we can all stop FLOCK cameras
This is a PSA to anyone tired of the general public surveillance by the flock cameras. I am born and raised in Columbia, I have lived here all my life and I think they are a clear over reach. FOIA (freedom of information Act) allows you to request ALL of your information that is being collected, private or not. You simply request from the city of Columbia ALL of the information these cameras have on you. They will fight with flock over who necessarily owns the data, and they will eventually shut it down. I have disabled over 20 cameras with this method, and if even 20% of the people who read this submit a FOIA request from Columbia, they would rather take them down than fight for all the data.
