I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this product, but I wanted to share my positive experience.
If you're looking for something that actually helps you build better habits, this is it. I’ve used Samsung, Apple Watch, and Amazfit devices, and honestly, none of them come close to how Whoop helps you improve over time.
In my experience, Whoop has been quite accurate for steps and heart rate compared to Garmin (which I mostly use for running and hiking).
If you really want something that helps you become a better version of yourself, this is a great option.
Things that could be improved, in my opinion:
- The activity history view could be better. It’s a bit clunky — you have to filter by day, which isn’t great for spotting trends.
- It would be great if you could add custom entries to your log and have it automatically detect many of them. For example, if I spend time in zones 2 and 3, it should already recognize that automatically.
Finally, I’m not a bot, and I’m not getting paid (I wish I was 😅). I'm not a Marketing or Quality Manager 😁
