Reservation canceled
Hi!
I’m really lost on what to do. I had a reservation for a flight from Dallas to Detroit and then to Frankfurt and a separate reservation from Frankfurt to Amsterdam. When I was in Dallas, our flight got delayed because of a crazy thunderstorm in Dallas so I managed to fly from Dallas to Atlanta and KLM directly rebooked my flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam. I managed to get to Amsterdam and I was supposed to fly home to Germany tomorrow and I realized a few hours ago that my reservation was canceled.
I’ve trying to get in touch with costumer service and they have been sooo inefficient and rude and they are saying it’s all my responsibility for not taking the first leg of the flight so they cannot do anything , when I literally couldn’t take the flight because I was on the other flight.
Do you have any ideas of what to do?? If I book a flight now it’s around 600 euros 🥲
