Help! How can I bring in the shoulders without ruining this?

so I’m a beginner at sewing, and only really do occasional small projects… but I decided to take on the task of sewing a collared shirt for my high school graduation passion project (I made patches and stuff that relate to my career). anyways, I need to present this on Wednesday and today is really the only day I have enough time to complete everything…. but the shoulders are so awkward!

they look ok enough in the front as I’m going for kind of an oversized look, but in the back/side they are sooo blocky. I know I should’ve shortened them before I started… but I didn’t realize they would be this awkward! So I’ve been trying to bring them in by just sewing further around the top, which you might be able to notice on one sleeve, but I still can’t get it to work and I don’t wanna ruin this even more since I’m so tight on time! I’m also a bit worried because if I keep just sewing there’s gonna be so many creases around the yoke. If anyone can offer some advice, that doesn’t include ripping apart my whole shirt, that would be amazing! or should I just keep bring it in? and if so how can I limit creasing?
