Planning to start a small entrance coaching but looking at the situation here in kerala i feel like its a lot more strict and kids often suffer a lot in it . So if you were studying in one what all would you want in a entrance coaching centre that makes you feel better comfortable atudying and being better at it?

Just as the title says , bed bug bites have appeared all over my legs, how do i get rid of it? Should i call the pest controls?

So i have lost a few kgs from cico . I am in a calorie deficit for 1200 because thats what usually works for me . So my exams are happening now and i was thinking i should up my calories to 1400
