POSTECH? KAIST? GKS?

I am a below average student living in India. My parents are getting old, my father is 60 and my mom is 53. I need to retire them soon. I need financial aid, but the scholarships in india are based upon my marks and my family's annual income, both of which do not fill the criteria. I studied in icse upto 10th, scored only 78%. I switched to cbse in 11th. I barely passed my 11th finals, now I'm in 12th. I am trying my best to aim for 95%+ in boards, but I know it isn't possible. I only fair well in English and compsci. My mom wants me to take engineering and nothing else.

I never attended many extracurriculars, mostly because my mom held me back from them to focus on my studies. I have a passion for design and coding, but I barely get time to sketch at home due to my mom's superstitious beliefs. She is willing to send me abroad for UG as long as I get a fully funded scholarship.

ChatGPT and google have not been reliable sources, but as far as the information I have gathered goes, there are many scholarships in south korea offering full tuition, living costs, round-trip airfare, health insurance and so much more. But I know these scholarships are only for the gifted.

My parents are not willing to pay for my college. I really need some proper advice. Do you think I can still make it into POSTECH or through GKS?

What do I exactly need for it? I want to apply for the fall 2027 admissions. Will I make it?
Are there alternatives? Am i enough for these scholarships? Are they worth it?

All my peers are ahead of me. I want to shine for once. Please give me some real advice.
