i got diagnosed last week by my dermatologist, this year has been so stressful everything feels so overwhelming. I asked her if the condition lowers life span and she said no but i googled it and found out it possibly can im just scared, my father doesn't really understand and just said it was cause of bad hygiene. I'm only 18 I don't think ill have kids so im not too worried about the future impact although i just feel so sick and tired of this. any tips???
