Hi all! I started using Notion 4+ years ago with Email A, and eventually also began using Email B, which is my primary email now. I realized I'm being charged for two seats, so I want to remove one member, but I don't want to lose any pages. Both emails are owners of my entire Workspace (and I just have one), but there's a good chance some pages were only touched by Email A.

I would love thoughts on how to proceed, thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! My body (26F) struggles to regulate temperature. My extremities (usually hands and feet) get icy quickly, but I also sweat extremely easily—if I think about being hot, I'm sweating. I've seen some improvements as I've worked on hormonal balancing with wild yam cream (consistent topical application for 3+ years), and herbs like chaste tree berry, spearmint, rose, nettle, etc over the past few years in tincture and tea forms. Prior to those efforts, I was on hormonal birth control for over 10 years (the pill and Mirena). I'm not super regimented with any intervention at the moment.

I would love recommendations about what to incorporate that could be effective with the sweating, especially. I've begun salsa dancing socially, and it can be really frustrating to be sweating at minimal physical activity, especially because my face is the most prone to it. I'm grateful for any recommendations!
