Can someone please help I'm worried about potential infection

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a situation I encountered yesterday. I took my 10 year old entire male dog in for the liver function blood test. He is unvaccinated, last boosters 4/5 years ago but titre tested in Feb and got (VCK9) ImmunoComb Canine VacciCheck Distemper IgG 4 (Positive) Parvovirus IgG 5 (Positive) Hepatitis IgG 3 (Positive).

We were taken into a room that was clearly used for vaccinations-lots of bottles in a bucket under the table and microchip gun type things so clearly somewhere where animals were regularly injected or blood taken.

I noticed dried blood on the floor (like when a dog shakes its head) and mentioned it to the nurses but they assured me it wasn't blood it was paint and floor staining and started touching it to show me and dragging my dog's lead in it as they took his blood.

I wasn't convinced but carried on and let them take the blood. Admittedly, when my dog did bleed through the canula it wiped up quickly. However when we returned for his second blood test 2 hours later, the room smelled of cleaner and sure enough those stains had disappeared, so they were blood. I'm not stupid, I know what dried blood splatters look like.

We were one of the first appointments of the day. The practice is on the site of an animal rescue which use the surgery so again this has made me more worried.

Because my dog was sniffing the room and walked in it I am really worried that he has caught something eg leptospirosis or Parvo. What is the likelihood of him getting infected this way? Is it possible for these conditions to "jump" on to surfaces eg leads or his paws and then if he was to lick them get infected? I'm so worried and need some advice on how these diseases survive and are passed on. Thanks
