Should I choose amity or wdu for bdes product designing

These are the only affordable options for me so please help me out PLEASEEEEE

So I have a friend whom I have gotten close to in last 5months so she casually confessed to me about vaping with her friend in her room without her parents knowing and I kinda tried not to get in her personal business because it was at the earlier stage of our friendship

But now she sends snaps of vape and stuff (stupid ik). Am I supposed to say something to her because ik vaping isn't good at all and she's just 17 so I really don't know what to do.
