Anyone else disconnected with ISP Telmax?
As of tonight (May 19, 2026) at approximately 9:25 PM, my internet service went down. When I tried calling TelMAX, no one answered my call, and the technical support line disconnected immediately. This has been a very frustrating experience.
A similar issue also happened last week, although the service was restored after about an hour.
My second question is regarding my contract, which ends in December 2026. Is there any way to terminate it earlier without penalty, given that TelMAX has not been able to provide reliable service?
