Electrolytes

For a person who may be 300 to 400lbs female early 30s in That range how realistic is the immediate need for electrolytes in your water?

Or how long can you just plain water fast with light working out like getting steps in before you need to start adding in Electrolytes ?

Ik the sodium intake is pretty high but i just hate this salty water taste and i was told my daily sodium intake needs to be a whole lot right from The start with potassium, given this wasnt exactly from a dr.
