Great flying experience
Sorry Southwest, you have managed to turn your airline (and customer goodwill) into an utter dumpster fire.
I am a 20+ year a-list/ALP and 10+ year companion pass and will probably only fly SWA once or twice more this year.
My route is a west coast non-stop that is served by two other airlines and SWA is consistently 1.5-3x the cost. Considering I flew almost exclusively SWA for the last 20 years, it has been a bit of change.
That being said the view is great (although the drinks do cost $$). I will take my $200+ savings (every week) and stop at the Amex lounge before by flight!
