Wouldn't ebay ratings be more meaningful if buyer and seller ratings were separate?
Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Not sure if this has been answered before. If buyer rating and seller rating were separated I would get a better understanding of the seller, especially the new ones. Also I have had bad experience with a seller but did not rank them low. I was afraid they would rank me low as a buyer.
