Anyone else start freelancing with an empty portfolio?

Hey, need some advice. I've been working at a PPC agency, now trying to go freelance (google ads for ecom), but struggling to find clients. I've got the experience, what's missing is a proper portfolio with actual cases, since I can't use the ones from the agency I worked at.

Any ideas how to solve this? I feel like people hardly trust someone who can't really prove anything yet.

I found this used Schwinn Bike and the seller send me these videos. I’m new to this topic and cannot tell anything about the state of it. Although the rattling noise in the video gives me kind of red flag.
