Looking to get into it and need help

Hi, I am new to biking and would like to purchase my first road bike. I don’t know much about it. I understand this is a woman’s bike but I was wondering if there makes a difference for me I am a 5’ 6” man. Also what is the year of this bike? What would be a reasonable price to purchase this at?

Pool lighting
