I have lost the ability to use the platform, please help
I had a main account on which I played for a long time, but unfortunately it always had a payment error (I couldn’t pay in rubles, only in euros). I contacted support several times and followed all the recommendations they gave me, such as not using a VPN for a month, and so on. Nothing helped, even though I followed all the instructions. After that, I wrote to support saying that I would be forced to switch to a new account if this issue was not fixed, since it was 100% not caused by me. They replied: “try following all the instructions again.” Of course, I tried again, but nothing worked.
I created a new account and saw that the payment was correct (in rubles). I bought a one-year subscription and immediately verified my new account.
After some time, I noticed that my first account had been banned. I accepted it, since I didn’t need to play on multiple accounts; I only wanted one account with the ability to pay in my country’s currency.
Later, my new verified account was also banned. After that, I noticed that an email was sent to the address linked to my old account, asking to verify the main account.
After the second account was banned, I contacted support several times via email. But I always received the same response: “your account has been permanently banned for smurfing.” However, my old account was also permanently banned.
I know of many cases where people’s smurf accounts are permanently banned, but their main accounts are banned for a maximum of 2 weeks.
I created a new account not to gain any advantage, but because of payment issues on the platform.
At the moment, I am not allowed to deactivate either of my accounts. Both are permanently banned, but I really want to continue using the platform honestly and play CS2 on it.
How can I continue using the platform?
