Appeal for Main Account Reactivation & Multiple Account Amnesty – ID: nimudj

Dear FACEIT Support Team,

I am writing to you with a deep understanding that I made a serious mistake, and I sincerely apologize for my actions.

My main account, "nimudj", was deactivated by me on because I was suffering from severe emotional burnout from the game. A week later, I deeply regretted this impulsive decision and tried to recover it, but the timer had already started. I knew the rules required a 6-month wait, but my strong desire to play and compete clouded my judgment.

Without any malicious intent to smurf, boost, or ruin the competitive integrity of the platform, I created a new account registered to my wife, "peachhon". My only goal was to play the game I love at my real skill level again. I quickly reached my natural rank, which I now understand made the system see me as a threat, even though my intentions were pure. That account was rightfully banned for violating the multi-account policy, and I do not dispute that ban.

It has now been over 6 months since my main account’s deactivation. I am asking for leniency and a one-time exception: please reactivate my original main account "nimudj" and permanently close the second account " vladisvlav". I fully accept that I violated the rules during a moment of weakness, but I am not a malicious user. I just want a chance to return to clean play on my original account.

I promise this will never happen again. I have already waited more than 6 months, and I am fully ready to comply with all FACEIT rules from now on.

I wouldn’t be upset if faceit never soft reset elos again.

If the point of the reset was to punish almost solely inactive players (because hardly any active lvl10s dropped a significant amount of elo), why not just add decay?

Before the reset, every game felt winnable. Now, I just stare at the match page with my four .8kd/.6kr/60adr teammates, that play 3-5+ matches daily, for 3 minutes before I have to reluctantly join the game which goes exactly as expected 99% of the time. Like how are these people managing to stay in their elo despite having awful stats + unhealthy playtime?

Side tangent, why is there a 400 elo disparity for super/premium matches? In what world does the average 1600 elo player=2000 elo player or 2000=2400? There should be some kind of threshold that locks you out of certain elo brackets like mythic. The number of times I check my lvl 10 teammates match history and see them farming lvl 7/8s but being worthless against anyone at their own elo or above is insane.

How do people even cope with this?

The things I tell people are criticism to be able to win the game. I backseat good information and good advice to be able to win the round. People love playing with me. I get banned by 4 stacks and basically people who team up. Whether it’s a 2 people playing together on my team. They duo and report me. Same with trios. I don’t even get a 6 month ban. I go from 1 month ban. To an immediate 12 month. I hope to come back with a fresh mind. Some ppl don’t deserve to my skillful gameplay as a teammate. And the ones that don’t. Report me.

Leaver ban appeal - FACEIT support site is completely broken

Hello FACEIT Support Team,

I am writing to request an unban and the restoration of 60 ELO points lost due to an unexpected technical issue.

I successfully connected to my last match, but right after joining, my PC suffered a severe hardware failure. My screen went completely black, and I could not see or do anything. It took me some time to troubleshoot and fix the issue. By the time my system was up and running again, I realized I had already received a 9-hour ban for leaving, as well as a penalty of -60 ELO.

I did not intend to abandon my team or ruin the game. It was a sudden technical problem beyond my control.

Could you please review my case, lift the remaining ban, and restore my lost ELO points?

No reason banned

I am trying to contact you several times with face it supports ticket but I get only wrote “Solved” they didnt even ready my ticket.

I've got banned for toxic, i didn't got any info about my ban on support. Still i don't know from which match is this ban and what i typed/said to get 7 days banned?Could i get any answer?

Am i bad or the level is insane?

So, i started playing faceit in the past 2-3 months, i have 2k hours in cs and had a break of one year with cs.
I m stucked at level 3 but the level looks insane( or idk). I started to count flashes from stats, watched videos with utility for maps, and i just get destroyed every game by people that have <5 flashes/game and <100 utility damage. Full W, no flash, insane peeks. Then i look at the accounts in game, more than half have <300 hours in cs. Is the game full of next donks or am i that bad?

i got banned for saying "sheni dedis tyvnali" in chat, which was highly out of context. i don't blame AI for banning me for it as it looks bad at first glance but it's highly misleading as if you were to search the text online it would give you completely wrong explanation.

my friend from Georgia met me randomly in solo premium queue and we were just joking, plus enemy player's name was ali and we got reminded of a well-known meme: "ALI, YOU ARE A NICE GUY, BUT YOUR NOT SPEAKING TO SOMEONE..."
So, Dear Faceit Admins, this ban was really mistaken and it was our fault that we were joking and that leaded you to ban me. Also, Nali is Georgian word ნალი meaning - Horseshoe, It helps horse to run nicely and without pain. It got flagged by your AI and got me banned for 12 months. I really hope someone other than AI will take a look at those tickets and try to understand me. Thanks :)

Follow Up to Decoy in Vent after Patch

Yesterday I posted a screenshot showcasing how to open both vents on Cache, my friends have dubbed it the "Shef" Nade. Because they decoy has such a delay on popping it is possible to throw it to break both vents from the path to squeaky, thanks to CS2 not having sky boxes. Hopefully it can redefine how you and your friends play cache like it has for us. Old throw was patched, showcasing the new lineup here, with a video.

The amount of people who apparently “dont have mic” in 2026 and in 2k lobbies is astonishing. Even my microwave has a mic nowadays how is it possible to not have mic? Is there any way to get a real human review for a 12 month ban?

My bf was banned for 12 months after a report that even the person who sent it didn’t expect to cause such a severe punishment.

He thought it would maybe be a 1-day punishment at most.

He already submitted appeals but only received automated responses.
I genuinely want to understand if there’s any way to get a real human review.

He’s not trying to avoid responsibility — he just feels the punishment is extremely disproportionate.

Has anyone successfully resolved something similar?
