There are challengers playing with level 4 or 5 to increase their stats or whatever reason, but the main thing is , its low stakes match for them but very punishing for us solo que peeps. How is this still not fixed, just last night i lost an easy match because my challenger refuses to play for round win and the friend he came with was a literal bot.

That day, I rеgistеrеd аn account, but I got а vеrification еrror saying "аn account alrеady еxists for this passport." Aftеr contacting support, thеy transfеrrеd my vеrification from my prеvious account to thе nеw onе. Again, support doеs it all. On Junе 15th, I startеd playing and strеaming, upping my ЕLO, and I rеcеivеd а lot of rеports, but I continuеd playing bеcausе I undеrstood that I followеd thе rulеs and wouldn't bе bannеd. I havеn't bееn blockеd by Facеit's anti-chеat softwarе for two wееks.
Yеstеrday, July 3rd my Facеit vеrification crashеd, and I rе-vеrifiеd my vеrification with my passport. That samе day, а HUGЕ post about mе appеarеd on Rеddit, claiming I was "USING OTHЕR PЕOPLЕ'S PASSPORT DATA TO BYPASS A BAN." Thе guy was talking about my prеvious account and rеpеatеdly saying I was still "USING OTHЕR PЕOPLЕ'S DATA." So, aftеr laughing about thе situation on strеam, I wеnt to play Facеit with friеnds, and aftеr finishing thе last gamе, my Facеit anti-chеat crashеd and I got а notification about а pеrmanеnt bаn on Facеit.)))
So, that's how it all happеnеd. 3 days ago i sеnt а tеxt mеssagе еxplaining thе wholе situation, but I still havеn't rеcеivеd а rеsponsе! I'll hopе for thе bеst!

Hello! I got banned for 1 week, and after I received the matchroom I went on to make a ticket, not necessarily to judge their decision at first, but to find out what I maybe said that was so bad it is categorised as a Level 1 or "First Toxicity Ban" as stated in their rules. And to be honest, after I saw the response I received from "Cayde", I felt the need to get more information. As you can see in the picture I attached, he didn't give me a message I sent or something I said in voicechat that breached their policy, just stated I received "35 reports in 16 matches" and it was a manual ban. And now the question comes, isn't that what Minerva is for? For the automated ban system, that If you ask me, is still bullshit at times, considering if u lose 50% of your games and at least 2 people in your team are mad they lost (and maybe 2 more from enemy because people beg in chat for reports) report the rest of the team, that's literally 32 reports in 16 matches (this being the minimum considering how higher elo lobbies are atm). So please faceit, tell me, did you change your ban system or is this yet another time faceit support is giving out bans without a thorough investigation.

I got banned. The admins said it was because I received too many reports. Normally, a one-day ban is applied in this situation, but I was banned for seven days, and I don't know why. They put a "prohabitation" ban on me in the match they sent me; there's nothing else that warrants a ban, just a message I wrote in Turkish to an opposing player, which, according to official Turkish sources, is considered a "naughty boy." I told my teammates that I wrote this to an opposing player. Yesterday, a player joined my team unusually and told me I would get banned for no reason, saying his friend was an admin. Do you think all this is a coincidence? When I contacted the admins, they couldn't provide any evidence or support for their claims. Please examine the screenshots I will share.

I know FACEIT has "Ban Levels" where repeat offenses escalate: Lvl 1 = 1 Week, Lvl 2 = 1 Month, Lvl 3 = 1 Year. But if it's for the same incident, why does it keep stacking?
Honestly, it feels like FACEIT has completely lost its way. Instead of banning toxic players who insult others and ruin the experience for everyone, they prefer to punish normal players who just had a few bad games. This platform is supposed to be about fair and competitive play, but right now it feels like the system is protecting the wrong people.
I've been playing on this platform for years and never insulted anyone. I even have the demos to prove I was communicating and playing properly, just having bad games. Meanwhile, the people who actually flamed me and my family are probably still playing like nothing happened.
Anyone else had this happen? Getting banned again right after the previous one expired even though you didn't play?
And before someonesays "just open a ticket" — I know FACEIT support takes forever and bans are rarely overturned. But come on, this system needs to be looked at.

It has been 36 days since my original report, and the issue is still unresolved.
On June 23, FACEIT Support confirmed that the ban was caused by an error on their side, lifted the ban, restored my Elo, and told me to verify my account within 48 hours.
However, I was later told that the secondary account should be deleted, and then told that it cannot be deleted because of the active ban and data-retention requirements.
These responses clearly conflict with each other, especially since FACEIT had already confirmed that the ban was lifted.

So basically I cant win a game if my life depended on it, I mostly carry games where we win where we lose Im the only guy playing.
I play mostly SoloQ so I get what I ask for, but people to be so bad is crazy.
People in faceit level 4 cant aim for sh@@, cant give info, cant trade, cant throw good utility and mostly are toxic and racist.
These are my last games on the picture I have bad games yes everyone is human, but I have to drop 2.00 rating to win a game which is insane.
Idk maybe im the problem and Im just bad at the game( I lost 6 games in a row, record is 10)

I am genuinely so sick of playing on faceit. Every other game where I muster up the courage to give callouts with voice I get harassed. The harassment is completely unwarranted and keep going through out the entire match. And despite reporting with clear evidence and even clips of players saying the n word nothing seems to happen to these players? How is it allowed to continuously harass women in game? For being a platform that preaches non toxicity it sure doesn't live up to the standards.

A player on my team got a 1.48 rating, and the enemy team had a player with a 1.55 rating, but because we won, the highest rated player on my team got MVP. But that's not what an MVP is. An MVP isn't who played best on the winning team, but who played best in the match.
Not the biggest issue, but definitely needs to be fixed.
For context, I have around 450 hours in CS..around 200 of which played in CSGO and the rest in CS2, highest I've been premier is like 13k..I never played this game very seriously though but I do love it.

I got into faceit with a friend, and it was just..stomps after it placed me in high level 5, is this normal to get to level 8 like this? I am very confident I can get to 10 in like 28-30 more games.
