Is it just me or are the new birth control settings psychotic?
idek what else to say. I tried adding my pill, but I take 63 days in a row which is pretty standard according to my obgyn. Since I realized that wasn’t an option and I had already input the data, I tried to change it and ended up just saying I stopped taking birth control. I tried to restart it but that didn’t work. and now all my data is weird because it’s got a bunch of inaccurate birth control data displaying. who even came up with this? it does not feel like they actually asked people who menstruate??? is it just me? I’m actually more furious with the arbitrary restrictions and limitations than I was about having no options. I feel soooo condescended to, like now even my ring is judging me for not fitting into these very rigid specifications of being a woman. and the ui is bad. not for the first time I’m wondering who at oura decided to make it impossible to edit my data. but also, if anyone knows how I can edit this without literally deleting all my past data or throwing my ring in the ocean, please lmk. and if you also want to throw your ring in the ocean…please lmk.
