When do they start printing the physical ID cards? I just uploaded a new photo on myashoka and hoping they dont add the earlier photo which i had uploaded for my application

Hey everyone! I’m an incoming freshman for the Class of 2030, and I'd love to connect with fellow queer students (who are committed to Ashoka) before we move to campus this August

The scholarship covers the 20k meal charges but I have been seeing that it generally costs more than 20k for the food. So, as someone who isn't required to pay anything, what happens when my card crosses the 20k mark? Will i be asked to pay the extra amount?
