Free Local Resource Navigator
Federal funding cuts are straining nonprofit budgets, and resource navigator roles are often among the first to go, even as more people need help finding essential services.
To help bridge that gap, I built NHV Navigator, a tool that connects New Haven residents with housing, food, legal aid, and other community resources.
Residents can use it directly, while people in community-facing roles can use it as a complement to the work they already do.
NHV Navigator is available through a live hotline (833-997-8535) and a website with chat. The hotline currently supports English and Spanish, and the website supports four additional languages.
