How can I die as a martyr?

I want to exit this dunya as soon as possible. I made a huge mistake that's not rectifiable. I make dua for martyrdom every night and pray I die when I sleep. There must be a way to get martyr status no?

Once a stricture always a stricture is that true?

I fucked up big time. I went to a cheap clinic in India and just one week before I went there I ruled out a stricture. They complicated my case purposefully by inserting a catheter with no lubrication then tugging it laterally via external force during a urodynamics test. Cystoscopy came back normal but I still think it's a subtle stricture. This is the worse disease in the world as there is no 100 percent cure. Even urethroplasty you may never be the same again down there and it could come back right?

How to healthmax with chronic sleep deprivation?

Just been diagnosed with a urethral stricture which causes frequent urination. I will never be able to sleep normally ever again for the rest of my life. I got inspired by blueprint but now I know it's not possible.

Is there any point doing an RGU after normal cystoscopy 7 months after catheter trauma?

Had catheter trauma 7 months ago now have split stream hesitancy weak flow splaying and frequent urination. Cystoscopy came back normal though. Would an RGU clear things up?

Where do I even go from here?

Had a normal cystoscopy 6 months after catheter trauma however I have split stream splaying hesitancy and weaker flow and increased urine frequency. Where to go from here? The scope however was done by a general urologist. RGU now? or wait for the stricture to mature so it's picked up more easily and do another scope. Apparently they said the 16fr scope passed smoothly and no narrowing was seen anywhere. But why do I have symptoms then?

Can a stricture form years later slowly from one injury?

Had catheter trauma 6 months ago now I have weaker flow and hesitancy and frequent urge to urinate aswell as split stream. Did a cystoscopy 6 months after the injury which came back normal no stricture. I have all the symptoms though.

Is there such thing as a micro stricture?

I have symptoms such as weaker stream frequent urination etc after I injured myself 6 months ago during catheterisation cystoscopy came back normal but it was done by a registrar urologist not a consultant so I'm not too sure. I suspect maybe a very subtle narrowing was present and not picked up. Can I get an opinion on this please? Thank you.

We are in the singularity apparently.

Hopefully AI develops minimally invasive near 100 percent success rate or even 100 percent success rate cures for this horrible disease maybe even 3D printed bio penises.

Normal cystoscopy but weaker flow and split stream and splaying.

Injured myself due to improper insertion of Dilation now I am suffering from weak flow and splaying and split stream too. It happened 6 months ago and just did a cystoscopy that came back normal though. Though it was done by a general urologist. What should I do now please help me? I fear of a subtle narrowing that may never be picked up.

Where to go from here? Can someone help me?

Never had a stricture before however I had meatal stenosis and about 6 months ago I injured myself doing dilation and now my urinary stream is weaker and splays and also split stream too. I pushed it all the way in without lubrication. I just did a cystoscopy which would be 6 months after the event occurred and it came back normal. However it was a general urologist not a reconstructive urologist though he said he has done thousands of them before. However I believe there may be a subtle narrowing that's not picked up by cystoscopy. What should I do now from here?
