Blue slip for 91 Virago
Looking to blue slip a 91 virago in NSW.
Has some rust as shown.
What would be the best way to get it ready for the blue slip and will they care if its tarnished black and not rusted (using rust converter on it).
Also does anyone know someone not so picky to do the blue slip in NSW.
