Confused about a girl

There's this girl who smiled at me while I walked past her business. She has sometimes given me discount without asking, sometimes put in an extra item again without asking. She has also looked into my eyes but without any smile. I want to give her my number but she never waits long enough. She just rushes on to other things or to the other end. This has been going on for the last 6 months. She doesn't look at me anymore just eyes lowered but still seems hurried.How do I proceed, I like her but don't want to make it awaward
