Hello guys and girls. This story about me. My name is Peter, i am a 28 years old. My first "kiss" with weed happens in... around 8-9 years old. My first 0.5g of hashish i received at my 13th birthday from friend of my brother.

From 13 to 16 years i smoked episodically, but from 16 to 28 i smoked almost everyday. I have a 2 year pause on that period (my wife pressed me lol, but after time i started it again)

So... We are here. I am quit weed 27th July 2025, and quit cigarettes 7th December 2025 (after 2 faieled attempts (cigs), both be... around 1 month each).

What i wanna tell you, my friends - you all here should quit it. Summary by last 2 years 2023/2024 i smoked most hard as i smoked in my life. I do a hit each 30-40 minutes every day. I have a big debts (around 10000$). For Russia its a huge money, some ppl here still receive 500-700$ per month.

Not all that money spended on weed - but biggest part of them just appeared cause i am be smoked 24/7. When i can work - i said "Nah, i work later, lets smoke weed and play Dota 2".
So... if i just quiteed 1 year ago - i not have such a big debts.

At current moment me and my wife (we smoked together, but still... it happens cause of me. She dont smoke without me. I am always push on it) paid around 45% of that debts. We closed all micro-credits of my wife couple of days ago, and now starts my part - and here a lot more.

Passed almost 10 monthes - and we still nead around a year to close all debts. We tired - but we still trying to find happy things in that life. A biggest advice for yall here guys - go to the gym. Only hard work in the gym can fix all your emotions, can fix your sleep and all stuff. Gym give me a lot, a lot of menthal power - i feel myself a lot stronger (in menthal especially).

Do what you like - run, gym, any physical activities. Just do it - and you can win that battle with bad habits. I can do it - and yall can do it. Just believe me.
