I won't get into the Twilight zone episode I've been living in with Century Link the past month. Suffice it to say they have left their landline customers without service for weeks. I schedule 3 technicians to fix the problem and no one ever came out. I cancelled the internet with them, and I'm in the process of transferring the landline number that I have had for 30 years to my cell phone. That has been another Twilight Zone Episode on its own. Still waiting after a week for that port transfer. Their customer service is terrible. I spent hours (12 or more) on hold, getting disconnected etc. Please stand up for consumer rights and file complaints now.
