They need to fix this!!

I've been slowly redesigning my valley while waiting for updates and after getting my plaza set up how I wanted, this happened. Can't dig it because it's not ground yet dig spots can still show up. I shouldn't have to remove an item to dig!

I know the website was down earlier and it's not back up, but my payment still isn't posted for May. I got payments for February, March and a late payment for April because I reopened my file late. I have a phone call with my caseworker on 30th at 9 but should I still be able to see a payment on mybenefits?
