Coworker wont stop talking to me.
How can I deal with a coworker who wont stop talking? I started my dream job 3 weeks ago, but I've been dealing with a coworker who is draining all my energy from constant talking.
From the time we get there until the time we leave her mouth is yapping. I'm still learning and still in training so when I try to do tasks that I really need to concentrate on its hard to do when someone is talking to you.
She is training me and we share an office so I have no escape from her. I've been coming home every day exhausted. I've been spending time at night doing things I cant do at work because I have no time to concentrate.
Someone please tell me how to deal with this in a nice way because what I really want to say is STFU.
