This Club Vision/Culture objective is bugged. No matter how many players I sign from Germany the board remains devastated. As a result the board blocks me from every out of country signing.

To try and fix this I've signed 32 players from Germany from different leagues and contracts.

I've signed about 6 to 8 German youth players; some from other leagues (I know this was a mistake as they need to be players from German clubs).

I signed about 6 to 8 players age 18+ from German clubs on Youngster contracts incase age was a factor. Didn't make the board happy.

I signed about 7 or 8 players from German clubs on Impact Sub contracts because I heard the importance of the player may be impactful. Didn't make the board happy.

I signed about 10 players on Important Player contracts incase they needed to be more important. Didn't make the board happy.

I even signed a couple players based in Germany that weren't German.

I've added them all to the main squad.

TLDR: No matter how many players I sign and what circumstance the board are never getting any happier.

PLEASE HELP ME 😭 DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ONCE THE BOARD BECOMES DEVASTATED?

The board literally won't let me sign anyone who's not German at all so it's killing the save 😂
