im feeling so happy with myself lately 🩷
went from 183 lbs in the beginning of february to 155 lbs since this morning!! havent been depriving myself of much- just being mindful of what i eat and how much and stopping when im content vs when im “full” and been taking core power yoga classes 3-4 days of the week while going to the gym for strength training and 15-30 min stair master every gym visit. my clothes fit better, i feel lighter and stronger, my joints hurt less my feet hurt less. im just so happy i finally started to put in the work because the results make everything worth it 🩷
