why every single time i try to convert this it’s stuck at 84%? i need help

i applied and completed everything on the application but then when it was time to pick a pre hire appointment it said there’s no shifts available but i’ve even gotten this confirmation email that i’ve been hired and got my schedule? i am extremely confused.

when it starts up it loads and doesn’t finish loading and goes into this screen.
