What business would you start in India with ₹1.5–2 crore capital for stable ₹1.5L+/month income?

Hi everyone,

I’m based in Rohini, Delhi, and I’m trying to figure out what kind of business would make the most sense in India right now if someone has around ₹1.5–2 crore available to invest.

My main goal is relatively stable monthly income of at least around ₹1.5 lakh/month, preferably something that can grow over time and isn’t insanely risky. I’m open to both service-based and product-based businesses.

A few things:

Preferably something legal or illegal, scalable, and sustainable long term

Open to Delhi/NCR-based ideas or even semi-passive models

Can be online, offline, franchise, manufacturing, healthcare, food, rentals, etc.

I don’t necessarily need “startup unicorn” type growth — steady cash flow matters more

Would also appreciate ideas that work well specifically in Delhi/NCR demographics

Would love to hear:

What business you would personally start with this budget

Expected monthly profit realistically

Approx timeline to break even

Biggest risks/problems in that business

Whether it needs full-time involvement or can be managed with staff

Would appreciate honest and practical suggestions from people with real experience.

Severe diarrhea and crash after 9 days of ultra-low-dose LDN — could this be from LDN?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with Long COVID for 3 years and 3 months now. My main symptoms are severe fatigue and post-exertional malaise (PEM). Brain fog was much worse in the beginning but has improved a lot over time.

I recently started experimenting with ultra-low-dose LDN and wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced something similar.

Here’s exactly what I did:

I used a 1.5 mg LDN capsule diluted into 100 ml water.

This means:

1 ml = 0.015 mg (15 micrograms)

1.5 ml = 0.0225 mg (22.5 micrograms)

My dosing schedule was:

First week: 1 ml daily = 0.015 mg/day

Then I increased to 1.5 ml daily = 0.0225 mg/day

I usually took it after a light breakfast (fruit like mangoes, etc.).

I made a fresh dilution every 3 days and discarded the remaining liquid after the third dose.

On the 9th day, in the evening, I suddenly developed severe diarrhea. I had to go to the bathroom 3 times, and the loose motions were intense. What scared me most was the massive crash afterward — my fatigue became 3–4 times worse than usual. I could barely stand up. Because of dehydration and weakness, I ended up going to the ER where they gave me IV fluids.

I stopped LDN after that.

Now it has been 3 days since the ER visit. Today, after dinner, I tried taking just 1 ml again from a freshly prepared dilution (0.015 mg), and within minutes I started getting noticeable burping/belching.

So my questions are:

Has anyone here experienced diarrhea, GI upset, burping, or severe PEM crashes from LDN, even at ultra-low doses?

Does this sound like it could actually be caused by LDN, or could something else be the culprit?

Could the water dilution/storage method be causing any issue?

If someone cannot tolerate LDN, are there alternatives that help with fatigue/PEM?

I’ve heard people mention medications like tirzepatide (not sure if I’m spelling it correctly). Has anyone with Long COVID tried that, and does it cause similar GI side effects?

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve personally experienced side effects from LDN or who have knowledge about ultra-low-dose protocols.

Thank you.

Hey everyone,

I’m about 3 years and 3 months into long COVID, and I’m trying to understand what might actually be driving my symptoms.

Recently, I took deflazacort 12 mg for 5 days, and during that time something really surprising happened —

my fatigue, post-exertional malaise (PEM), and even lingering issues like neck pain basically disappeared. I felt almost completely normal.

Only after overexertion my symptoms gradually came back.

So now I’m confused. I asked AI and it suggested this might point toward a neurological/inflammatory issue, but I’m not sure what to make of it.

What could this response to steroids indicate?

Neuroinflammation?

Immune dysregulation / autoimmune component?

Microclots?

Viral persistence?

Mitochondrial dysfunction?

Would really appreciate if anyone with similar experiences or knowledge could weigh in.

Current situation:

Main issue now is fatigue + PEM

Edit - pain when I close my eyes (sometimes)

POTS is mostly managed now (comes back only if I overexert)

Things I’ve tried so far:

Paxlovid (8-day course) → no major benefit

Tamiflu → no effect

Antihistamines (famotidine 20 mg split dose) → still taking

LDN (0.1 mg) → didn’t tolerate (vivid dreams, scary auditory effects)

Nicotine patches (up to 7 mg) → no benefit

Sunlight therapy (40 mins daily for 4 months) → helped sleep, not fatigue

Cut caffeine + processed sugar

At this point, I’m just trying to understand the root driver so I can move in the right direction.

Also, just want to say — this community has been incredibly helpful over the years. Really appreciate everyone here.

Thanks 🙏

I’m posting this out of desperation and honestly just looking for some hope from people who’ve been through this.

It’s been 3 years and ~3 months since COVID, and I’m still stuck in this loop. My main symptoms now are:

Persistent fatigue (baseline never really improves)

Post-exertional malaise (if I push even a bit, I crash)

Breathlessness if I stop supplements (especially B-complex, etc.)

Dizziness and feeling off if I try to push through fatigue

Constant neck pain that just doesn’t go away

What’s really frustrating is that it feels like my body isn’t recovering on its own. If I stop supplements, I feel worse. It doesn’t seem like time alone is fixing anything.

Things I’ve already tried:

Antihistamines → no real benefit

LDN → didn’t suit me

Paxlovid (8 days) → no improvement

I guess my question is… has anyone actually broken out of this kind of cycle after years? Not just temporary relief, but real baseline improvement?

Did it happen with time alone? Or something relatively simple (pacing, diet, supplements, rehab, anything)?

Right now it just feels like I’m stuck managing symptoms without real recovery, and I don’t know if I’m missing something or if this is just how it goes for some people.

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been in a similar place and found a way forward. Even small improvements would mean a lot.

Thanks 🙏
