A dealer in Mumbai is offering me a Forest green BE6 but manufactured in January of this year. Should i go for it?

I am weary of the fact that the car has been sitting for 8 months unused and maybe earlier buyers would have rejected it due to some or the other issues. They are offering a standard 2.5 lakh discount which was standard across dealers in Mumbai in July and the sales person said that he can try for 20-30k additional discounts.

The discount might not be applicable if i decide to order a new vehicle

Trying to make a decision here and could use some real owner input:

My use case is fairly specific:

1. 70-80% of driving is a daily 70km round-trip office commute, solo
2. Occasional weekend highway runs with wife + two kids (young, so car seats/space matter)
3. Rarer road trips with parents along, so 6 people + luggage sometimes

For my use case is rear seat comfort something that i can let go? I have the budget to own XEV9e as well but find the looks of BE6 far better.
