RTX 3080 Ti Custom Gaming PC • Intel Core Ultra 7 • 32GB DDR5 • 4TB (Read Desc)

Price: ₱84,500 (Highly negotiable for smooth, fast cash pickup due to the honest cosmetic notes below)

Location / Meetup: Gotesco Commonwealth, Quezon City. Unit is heavy, pickup/testing at my place is preferred.

Reason for Selling: Downsizing for college and it barely gets used anymore. Looking to sell as a whole unit only (no part-outs, no swaps).

🚀 SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

• GPU: Galax GeForce RTX 3080 Ti SG OC (12GB VRAM) - Bought fresh as old new stock roughly 3 months ago. Pristine condition, zero rust on the card itself. Absolute powerhouse for 1440p Max and 4K DLSS gaming. (comparable to 4070 Super, & 5070 in raw rasterization)

• CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 165H Super SKU (16 Cores / 22 Threads) - Custom enthusiast desktop deployment on a B860 board. Hits a 17,500+ Cinebench R23 multi-core score (comparable to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D or i5-12600K) but runs incredibly efficient.

• Thermal Mods: Custom-sanded Vapor Chamber + Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change pad. Zero-maintenance cooling, sub-70°C under heavy loads.

• Cooler: AC360YN 360mm ARGB Liquid AIO

• RAM: 32GB DDR5 4800MHz

• Storage: 4TB Total (Kingston NVMe SSD boot drives + high-capacity secondary storage) + another 1tb drive in the drive bay that I have not tested yet.

• Motherboard: B860 Platform with added Intel AX211 WiFi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3

• Case: Montech King 95 Dual-Chamber Panoramic Glass Case (Fully loaded with 6 ARGB and 3 non ARGB Fans)

• PSU: Antec 750W Bronze Fully Modular (10-Year Warranty)

• OS: Windows 11 Pro (MAS activated)

🔍 100% TRANSPARENT COSMETIC NOTES:

Listing this with full disclosure so there are zero surprises during testing/meetup:

• Minor Surface Rust: Due to high natural humidity/condensation in my area, there is a little visible surface rust on some of the case ventilation slots and the outer metal casings of the motherboard rear IO/audio ports. This is strictly cosmetic blemish. The internal circuits, GPU, and RAM are 100% unaffected, clean, and pristine. Though its really unnoticeable.

• Minor Chassis Wear: The case has a minor scratch on the metal panel (hidden underneath). One case rubber foot has been replaced with a secure workaround solution (completely stable, zero wobbling). unnoticeable.

Runs flawless stress tests all day long. Perfect for heavy gaming, 4K video editing, or rendering workloads.

Unit only. Peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse) are not included.

PM me directly if you're interested or want to see close-up photos of the cosmetic notes or other matters! Let's talk. (im also looking for a new smartphone flip, I can lower price if you have one)

Core Ultra 7 165H thermal throttles to 110c despite 360mil aio cooler & vapor chamber.

I have a core ultra 7 165H and it has a vapor chamber. Had a single tower 4 heatpipe ak-400 cooler before and it ran 39c on idle and thermal throttling of course as it was rated 65w only.

I set my power limits to pl1 120w, pl2 150w, and pl4 is on default 217w, and I bought a 360 mil aio cooler, specifically the acer ac360yn white for this job rated to cool 300w. I put it on and temps are worse, idling 48-75 (very jumpy) and Ive done numerous solutions to try and fix my problems to this since then. • Ive sanded the vapor chamber ihs to be absolutely flat (used 400-600-1000--1200 grit progressively and colored the surface till no more color indicating flat surface). • Ive also applied ptm 7950 in between the cooler and the ihs. I repasted the ihs to die contact as well. • My aio is also 100% working and wired correctly. I set it to manual mode max speed in bios, and hwmonitor reads me my pump is running max all the time at around 2700 rpm.

However despite all of this, my shits temperatures still thermal throttles to 110c at full load, 98c avg at half load (courtesy of furmark cpu burner and timespy).

Even if my pl1 and pl2 are set to 120-150w, i never get past 85w usage and super seldomly get to any clocks higher than 3.9 ghz. I believe this to be thermal throttle.

So now the only problem left I can think of to why my temperatures are so dogshite is thst the contact of my ihs to my die is not good and there exists a gap between them/bad contact. I wanna know what I can do and if this is really true. Any comments will help significantly. Thank you.
