I'm keeping this short. So far I got 3 interviews, went till the last round in all. The 1st company actually told me I'm hired but got ghosted after that announcement. The other 2 never contacted me after the final round.

I give my interviews calm and confidently but I'm getting stuck before being hired. I wonder what I'm unintentionally doing that doesn't let me cross over. I try staying motivated and doing positive affirmations daily. Any advice would be really appreciated.
