Hi I just started knitting the Blouse no 1 by my favorite knitwear and a came across this instruction that I haven’t seen before: ”make your turns on the RS of your work”. And then it says to make a turn on the first and second step, with the second step being on the WS. For me these instructions are contradictory. When I have made short rows before I did it just like it says on the first and second step, meaning on the right and wrong side.

Could someone explain what this means?🙏
