Is this coloration normal?
My penis glans look more blueish/pale near my frenulum.

Penis glans partially blueish/grey
I have noticed that my penis glans near the frenulum have a blueish/grey tint to them while flaccid. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? I asked a doctor about it and he told me that it was likely due to weak blood flow.
