I got the make up forever one but I end up with insane raccoon eyes. Even as I put it on, within a couple minutes it’ll transfer to the bottom lash.

I have the urban decay pencil but I really want a potted eye liner that’s just as good, transfer proof that won’t give me raccoon eyes after 2 hours 🤣 much appreciated
