Buying an apartment in old town
US Citizen; wife & I been visiting Sevilla for 15 years and keep returning. Anything I should know before buying an apartment? Just returned to US yesterday and we’re getting ready to plop down some $$. The housing issue in Spain seems to be an issue. Any thoughts appreciated,
