Hello everyone! I am currently looking for students from either CNM or UNM to take over my lease at Lobo Village staring August 1st. Rent is $715/month and it’s a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit. It’s a very nice complex and I’ve leased with this company for the past 3 years without any problems. I’m just ready to move into my own place now.
A few things about the complex:
• Rate is $715 a month, which is lower than it you were to apply for a lease right now.
• Apartment is fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and nightstand
• Community Amenities: Pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, movie theater, parking
• Units are pet-friendly
• You would have your own room and bathroom
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Great if you're a student and need a place to stay!
• 5 minutes from UNM, close to everything!
I also have a lease from now until July 31st if you're looking for housing now!

Trying to get rid of Lobo Village lease from now until July 31st. First floor apartment, with window looking out at parking lot. All female, no pets, only 2 other roommates currently. Brand new carpet in room and hardwood will be replaced in June. New washer/dryer also. No shared walls, great location.
