Presidente o Presidenta?

Muchas gracias

Hi all,

Just want to share the timeline and respect your thoughts, and lookforward anyone is the same boat? CEC AOR Jan 1, applied BOWP next day. No updates after medical passed in early March. Ordered GCMS notes mid-April and came back after 2 weeks, says eligibility not started and file not touched by officer since medical passed.

Today got the approval for BOWP, and I am not should I be happy or worried. I thought IRCC would be unlikely to issue a BOWP that early since they will wait for the PR approval first, which is still within processing time. I am not sure if they issue BOWP beforehand since they expect my PR process to be long, so they just give me BOWP approval first.

However, I read something talking about them usually issuing BOWP after R10, and also the PR's eligibility has passed. So, the issuance of BOWP could be the approval of my PR eligibility?

Or last, these two applications are unrelated? Since I read many people got PR refusal before and still got BOWP approval(but I have never seen a crisumtance where someone got BOWP approcal BEFORE PR refusal)

Appreciate your thoughts
