[UK] Need advice please!!

Am I being bullied by my boss?

Long story short, I’ve been with my company over 2 and a half years, I’ve done 12 hours in the day, followed by driving somewhere else and doing 12 hours at night occasionally….

He calls me all the classic names you’d see on TikTok to do with construction puns, and it’s like a constant rotation with me and 3 others, we sort of have a running joke “oh it’s your turn this week” when everything seems to be that persons fault.

The past 2 weeks, no matter what I do, it’s always wrong. My colleagues have said they can’t believe how bad he is with me with his words, and why he’s being like he is with me. It’s basically given me a completion where I’m asking myself and telling others if you think I’m being lazy, please tell me. Because he says stuff that often, I’ve really started to believe it.

Everyone I work with always says they don’t understand why he is like he is with me, they see what I actually do at work, and I’m a lot further along than I technically should be in terms of skills. I’m constantly singled out, hell blank me and anyone I’m stood with if they’re in proximity to me.

I got told there was a meeting in the office about me, where other senior members said that he needs to lay off being so harsh to me all the time, which he really didn’t see a problem with how he’s being with me.

Basically what I’m asking, am I really being bullied or due to the nature of my work being in the construction industry, is this normal behaviour? And do I have a case to take this further/how do I go about actioning it. Thank you for reading!
