So when I turned 18 in February I was supposed so get like 10k or more from my dad’s beneficiary money left for me and my siblings he passed away years ago when I was about 7 or 8 anyways,but i figured out today that my mom took it in 2019 with out me knowing and instead of coming out and saying this she took the money and lied to me about it for years I will say she is a single parent but I don’t think that justifies her taking that money from me and mind you she was already getting 900$ a month from my dad as well so for her to take the 10k I think is messed up should I go about this legally or just let it be and move on and she still has not found a way to pay me back.
