I got diagnosed with vaginismus today and I’m supposed to have a consultation with a physical therapist soon and do therapy involving dilators. I’m 20 and I feel devastated I have to do this and I’m scared for how long the process could take and the discomfort level. Can anyone offer some insight into how it may be to comfort/inform my journey as it begins?
