So I had been on Wegovy for 9 months. Had only lost 4 kgs! I put in the work, did all the right things and was seeing no result after almost a year. Decided to talk to my WL consultant who advised me to switch to Mounjaro 5mg for 4 weeks with x1 repeat. I am 33 years old weighing at 106kg. GW: 90kgs. Has anyone switched and has been successful? Or have started MJ? How are you finding it? I considered myself to be a non-responder on Wegovy. Praying that MJ will work for me.

Mum of 3, wanting to repair my DR.

Any advice other than surgery would help. I began core exercises last week and am really feeling the sore effects. I'm doing the correct techniques and taking 1-2 day breaks inbetween core exercises.

I really want to try to repair this and soon 😩 has anyone successfully closed their DR and how long did it take? I'vr had my DR for 11 years and ready to close it.
