I’ve had long natural nails with gel on top for years now, I recently started playing music and I had to cut them the shortest length possible. I hate the way my hand looks and i want to get fake nails that i can put on and off when i’m not practicing my music. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it practical, does it damage the nails, and where can I get a nice set

I’ve been actively applying for NHS jobs for months now, i’m never shortlisted even though i meet all the criteria, i’m aware that it’s competitive and they have a lot of applicants but i’ve been applying to roles all around the UK. I have read all the guides out there but does anyone know what more i can do
