Victorian Flat Planning Issues - Any ideas?
Just moved into this flat and had work done but really struggling with planning the room with the curved walls and not 90 degree angled corners using planning apps. Spoken to budget kitchen suppliers and they were just as useful.
- biggest issue is layout as you’re also not technically meant to build over the window as it goes lower than standard worktop height
- room height is 3.96m - 13ft
- most of plumbing is on the left hand side by where the washing machine and sink is.
- would like a standing fridge
- like the idea of a high table with stools where you could sit 2-4 people
- window gets loads of sun from 12- sun down
- all the walls and electrics need redone as they’re crumbling behind the wallpaper.
- lighting in the room - where to start?
- flooring will be a warm oak plank style wood inline with the rest of the flat
